By virtue of our smaller more intimate training rooms, members are not made to feel as though they are on display. This invites a more personal training experience with our resident professional.

The Tortola Sports Club employs a knowledgeable and energetic trainer whose education, experience and specialties afford members diverse training options. Exceed your personal fitness and wellness goals with the guidance of our personal trainer or choose to work out on your own in a safe and clean environment while watching TV, listening to music or watching a game of tennis.

For those needing help getting motivated to train, the Tortola Sports Club offers a variety of group oriented training programs that are great at motivating both body and mind! We are committed to offering not just current trends, but being a trend setter here in the BVI. Our programming is balanced with attention to standards thus ensuring the workout time you spend with us makes a positive contribution to your life.

Monday, 12.10pm until 12.50pm, Kick 'n Punch, $10.00

Wednesday, 7pm until 8pm, Plyometrics, $15.00

Friday, 12.15pm until 12.45pm, Xtreme, $8.00

Personal Training Sessions:

As of November 1st 2013, the prices for Personal Training Sessions with Daniela will be the following:

1 hour: $ 50 (single person)

1 hour: $ 60 (two people sharing)
