Last week we were lucky enough to welcome David Campion to our shores! David was England Junior National Coach from 2000-2010 and was England Senior National Coach from 2010-2024. Having him here on island was a real privilege!
Throughout the week we had an intensive main Elite Junior Camp, daily 1 hour sessions for our younger juniors, daily adult clinics for our members, our weekly women’s only session, and a seminar for parents on nurturing elite children in sport!! A total of 46 players were able to get on court with ‘Camps’ throughout the week!
‘Camps’ was brilliant with his time and not only delivered insight and expertise on the court… but he was great in terms of socialising with members off the court!
