While the gym is open to members who want to work out on their own, gym training programmes include current and new trends and are balanced with attention to standards making your workout time an indispensable part of your life and lifestyle.
A well-known face and active persnality in the community, Lisa has been in the health and fitness business for over 25 years starting off as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Lisa has been the owner/manager of her own gym facilities in the BVI, most recently of Sensus Health Club in Sea Cow’s Bay which she established in 2009 and managed until its destruction by Hurricane Irma in September 2017.
Now offering her services at the Tortola Sports Club, in addition to group fitness classes, Lisa offers personal training, one on one instruction, nutrition, Body Fat testing, running technique , Pre- and Post- Knee surgery Rehabilitation. Pre- and Post- natal care, weight loss regime, sports specific focus training, strength conditioning.
$60 per person per hour
$45 per person per hour if two or more sharing
*24 hour notice for cancellation is required to avoid full lesson charge.

The gym was approved by the EHD in June and is open for members’ use or personal training sessions, please note some new rules we have put in place to help keep us all safe and stop the spread of the virus.
The current opening times for the gym are from 5.00am – 12.30pm daily.
Please observe the social distancing lines and the “one way” system around the gym with each piece of cardio equipment spaced out.
Each member will be given a disinfectant spray bottle that must be used to clean before and after each use of equipment.
Please note that the water fountain will not be in use so please bring your own supply or you can buy a bottle of water from the Club House.
**Only 10 members may work out in any one hour session. Sessions are booked on a first come, first serve basis via the online booking system.
